Stuns all nearby: enemies for 0.75 seconds. Daze can offer a moment to escape should an opponent get too close, a disruption in your opponent’s attack rhythm, or an opening for your allies to attack. While the stun isn’t the longest available, it is enough to either disable a channeled skill or give allies a head start in attacking. Being able to disable towers is an ability often overlooked. Enemies will often lower their guard while under the tower’s protection. As such, the ability to safely attack in this supposed danger zone can easily result in some extra kills. This skill can also be used to continue an attack on a tower after your minion wave has been cleared. Execute is a good way to finish off an enemy, securing a kill on a hero who otherwise would have fled. Its health-based true damage makes it a good counter to high health tanks and warriors. Flicker can be used either as an escape or an initiate. Allowing a hero to warp through walls and other unpassable terrain makes it invaluable in eluding your enemies. However, it is also a powerful tool to tanks who might otherwise have trouble getting close enough to use their impressive control abilities. Heal is purely a support skill, its health boost and speed offering a lot in team fights. The sudden extra health can be used to trick enemies into attacking as well as keep your team attacking in a team fight.

Deals 1350 (+100 per hero level) true damage to nearby minions and monsters and stun them for 1 second. If it hits an enemy hero, the effect is spread to nearby a non-hero. Removes all debuffs and control effects on yourself and gains immunity to them for 1.5 seconds Increases Resistance by 25% and attack damage by 10% and recovers 2% Max HP every second for 6 seconds Removes movement speed reduction effect, increases 30% movement speed, reduces 50% slow effect taken, and not in combat gains additional 20% movement speed, lasts for 10 seconds. Immobilizes your hero to become invulnerable for 1.5 seconds.

Punish is generally a Talent reserved for heroes who are Jungling through the early game. The extra damage it offers can speed up the one’s jungling rotation. Furthermore, it helps secure last hits on important monsters like the Abyssal Dragon and Dark Slayer. Heroes who should take it:
  • Heroes who are particularly vulnerable to crowd control, such as mages and marksmen.
  • Heroes who need to be able to reliably escape from danger, such as assassins and junglers.
  • Heroes who need to be able to initiate teamfights without being interrupted, such as tanks and supports.

When to use it:

  • When you are caught in a crowd control effect and need to escape.
  • When you are about to initiate a teamfight and need to avoid being interrupted.
  • When you are being chased by an enemy and need to get away.

Uses of the talent:

  • Escaping from danger
  • Initiating teamfights
  • Countering crowd control effects
  • Surviving burst damage
Useful in quickly bursting down opponents or getting an edge in close fights. Especially nice when using ranged heroes or items and abilities whose effects occur after a certain number of attacks. Sprint helps heroes get around the battlefield in a hurry. Whether needing to get to a team fight as soon as possible or attempting to escape a bad fight, a burst of speed can be a huge help.

Added in 2018 Winter Wonderland Patch: Enable the instant cancellation of the slowdown effect, and obtain a constantly decaying 70% increase in movement speed (decreases to 30% within 1 second). This 30% movement speed bonus is maintained for 9 seconds.

Situational Talent again but it's only useful on certain mages such as Jinna, Krixi, Ilumia and Lauriel which they can combo together with their abilities or has great impact with this Talent.
Punish’s damage is increased by the effects of jungling items. This talent is removed from the game
Punish becomes Frostbite upon the purchase of a Tier 2 jungling item.
